HOW TO MEASURE A DOG COLLAR:
• To determine the harness size that is correct for your dog, measure the circumference of your dog’s chest. For example, a dog with a 20-inch chest should wear a harness that is adjustable from 18-22 inches. A properly fitted harness should fit snugly but is not tight; you should be able to get two fingers under it comfortably.
